It is Techno-Tsukihoshi, which has been operating in this area for more than 25 years. Its Clean Star boards are made, like Parker Asahi boards, from synthetic rubber, which is very gentle on knife blades. By modifying this material, it has been possible to achieve resistance to a really wide temperature range (-30°C - +130°C). This means that, unlike Parker Asahi boards, Clean Star boards can be washed in dishwashers. For more comfortable handling, Clean Star boards have beveled edges and a round hole for hanging. A benefit from a hygienic point of view is the marking of the sides of the board. You will always know which side you cut meat on and which side you cut vegetables on.
