TOIJIRO CLASSIC

The TOJIRO CLASSIC series represents professional kitchen knives, in the production of which a modern method of decarbonization prevention has been applied. The blades are, as in the case of Tojiro by unwritten law, layered. The core is made of high-quality steel VG 10 achieving a hardness of up to 61 HRC. On its sides are layers of stainless steel with 13% chromium content.

The knives have a full tang handle made of laminated resin reinforced with three rivets. The bolster is made of stainless steel. Thanks to their robustness and wide range, TOJIRO CLASSIC series knives are a sought-after item for professional chefs. The Tojiro company does not hide the fact that with this range of knives it has targeted chefs who are used to German or other European knives. Ergonomics are based on them, but the blade with high cutting power is typically Japanese.
