Matsunaga Stone Co. is one of the leading Japanese manufacturers of abrasive technology. The company was founded in 1948 and is based in Osaka. It has branches in Fukuoka, Niigata and Sapporo. Grinding stones are produced under the brands KING and SUN TIGER. Compared to other Japanese manufacturers, these are softer stones. Their consumption is therefore faster, but they can forgive more than strictly professional stones. A good choice especially for beginners.
